WORK WITH
REAL ARTIST'S
SESSIONS

Phase 1

In this fast-paced first phase, you'll get a deep dive into modern music technology. You will become intimately familiar with our gear, learn software techniques for performance programming, and come to understand the scenarios that come with this job and lifestyle.

Phase 2

Here’s where we put proficiency into practice. We will be on stage and in studio, simulating every scenario. We’ll run a rehearsal, build the tech, program it, troubleshoot it, and perform it. Work with real artist sessions, and learn how to fulfill every request that will come your way.

To qualify, you must have intermediate/advanced skills and knowledge of audio tech, be willing to invest in yourself and professional development mentorship, be both musical and tech/gear savvy, and hold yourself to the highest standards of excellence and integrity.

"Working with EC has opened up a world where we can make the music/show for the biggest names in the industry. After training with Laura, I was set up for success in knowing I had the skills that would entail perfection with any artist. Giving the artist the calm mindset that the music for the show is in top hands and they can focus on other aspects of their show. Giving the ever growing EC a leading position in the playback/show designer world."
